About the Event
The KCA Theater program is performing The Real Inspector Hound by Tom Stoppard.
This absurdist comedy spoofs the classic "whodunnit" murder mystery, filled with eccentric characters in an old country manor. They are isolated from the rest of the world by fickle, yet somehow predictable, weather conditions, and complicated by an awkward love triangle. Compounding their problems are conveniently-placed radio announcements of a fugitive madman in the area.
This is the play-within-the-play, and two theater critics are attending the performance. They offer their puffed-up opinions on the play and the actors, as well as theories on love, social status, and chocolates, then get caught up in the action like never before.
The Real Inspector Hound was written by Tom Stopped, five-time Tony Award winner and Academy Award winner (Shakespeare in Love). It is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Dramatists Play Service. www.concordtheatricals.com

This ticket is valid for the April 17th performance of The Real Inspector Hound by Tom Stoppard, performed by the KCA Theater Department. Doors will open at 6:50 pm, and the performance will begin at 7:00 pm. There will be no late seating.
