Important Financial Aid Information
Financial aid is available for up to 40% of the cost of tuition for returning students and up to 30%, for new students, based on your family's financial need. To be considered for financial aid, families must complete a Financial Aid Application using the FACTS system. Families may choose to apply for financial aid prior to admission in order to determine eligibility; however, grants are not awarded until the admissions process is completed.
Fees and Optional Expenses
$350 Payable upon submission of online application. Includes a one-time $75 application fee + $275 non-refundable enrollment deposit.
$275 Payable upon submission of online enrollment packet (new students). This portion of the annual enrollment fee ($550 total) covers charges such as textbooks, technology fees, standardized testing, yearbooks, and more.
$500 Farm-to-Table Lunch Program. KCA provides fresh, real food, prepared daily by Chef Mark with student support. Students may opt to enroll in the lunch program for $500 per year* or purchase individual lunches for $5 per day. *annual cost subject to change.
Payment Plan Options
KCA offers three payment plan options: payment in full, semester payments, or monthly payments.
Payment plans are paid via FACTS Tuition Management to process tuition payments.
After acceptance, families will be automatically directed to FACTS to set up a payment plan as part of the enrollment process.
