Chef Mark Zukaitis, Jr. is KCA’s Chef and Culinary Director. He has held various positions around the country as Sous Chef, Catering and General Manager for restaurants and corporations, and Executive Chef at La Bodega, Re:Verse, Cerner Corporation, and H & R Block World Headquarters. Chef Mark motivates students to eat healthy and pursue a career in culinary arts.
Mark joined KCA in 2011.
Fun Facts: Mark is an avid fisherman, camper, and soccer dad. He is also a doomsday prepper.
