KCA offers three payment plan options: payment in full, semester payments, or monthly payments.
Payment plans are paid via FACTS Tuition Management to process tuition payments. After acceptance, families will be automatically directed to FACTS to set up a payment plan as part of the enrollment process.
Financial aid is available for up to 45% of tuition, based on financial need. To be considered for financial aid, families must complete a Financial Aid Application* using the FACTS system. Typically grants are awarded amounting to 30-40% of the total tuition. Families may choose to apply for financial aid prior to admission in order to determine eligibility; however, grants are not awarded until the admissions process is completed.
Fees and Optional Expenses
$320 Payable upon submission of online application. Includes one-time $70 application fee + $250 non-refundable enrollment deposit.
$250 Payable upon submission of online enrollment packet (new students). Annual enrollment fee ($500 total) covers charges such as textbooks, technology fees, standardized testing, yearbooks, and more.
$360 Farm-to-Table Lunch Program. KCA partners with Bistro Kids to provide fresh, real food, prepared daily by Chef Mark with student support. Students may opt to enroll in the lunch program for $360 per year* or purchase individual lunches for $5 per day. *annual cost subject to change.
