KCA offers three payment plan options: payment in full, semester payments, or monthly payments.
Payment plans are paid via FACTS Tuition Management to process tuition payments. After acceptance, families will be automatically directed to FACTS to set up a payment plan as part of the enrollment process.
Financial aid is available for up to 45% of tuition, based on financial need. To be considered for financial aid, families must complete a Financial Aid Application* using the FACTS system. Typically grants are awarded amounting to 30-45% of the total tuition. Families may choose to apply for financial aid prior to admission in order to determine eligibility; however, grants are not awarded until the admissions process is completed.
Fees and Optional Expenses
Application Fee: A one-time, non-refundable application fee of $70 is due when the application is submitted.
Student Services Fee:There is an annual $1,000 Student Services Fee (covers charges such as textbooks, technology fees, course & activity fees, standardized testing, Parent Council dues, yearbooks and more) Payable as follows:
$500 Student Services Fee Deposit due at enrollment. (non-refundable.)
$500 Student Services Fee balance due is included with your tuition payment plan of choice.
Farm-to-Table Lunch (optional): $300 per year (less than $2.50 per meal)
After School Activities (optional): minimal club fees as required (additional per credit fees may apply)
