We understand that selecting the perfect school for your student can be overwhelming. We have been welcoming families like yours to KCA since 1984, and we are here to help you with every step of the admission and enrollment process.
Open House Information
Kansas City Academy hosts two open houses each school year, one in the fall and the second in the spring. Current students and parents lead prospective families on a tour of the school while sharing their own KCA experiences.

Are you interested in KCA for your student? The first step is to schedule a tour. Click here to schedule your tour.

After your tour of KCA, complete the Online Application Form. An application fee of $350 will be due upon submission of the form. If your student is not accepted to KCA, $275 of this fee is refundable.

​Review our tuition and financial aid policy as it is available for those who qualify. You may complete a Financial Aid Application to determine eligibility for financial aid and scholarships.

When you submit your application, we will collect your student's references and previous school records. Once those references and records are completed, we will schedule your family interview, student interview, and student entrance exams. After these are finished, your application packet is reviewed by our Admissions Committee, and we will contact you with their decision.
