Admissions

The best candidates for admission to KCA show average to above average academic potential. Those who show evidence of creativity, personal responsibility and independence are most likely to succeed in our environment.

Prospective students are asked to visit KCA and interview with our principal. It is important that both parents and students understand our philosophy.

Following the visit, admission is based on a composite evaluation of academic potential, past academic performance, personal goals, attendance records, test data, evidence of personal responsibility (job, community service, past school activities), special needs, interests, talents and evidence of intellectual curiosity.

KCA admits students of all races, colors, religions, sexual orientations, national and ethnic origins. All are entitled to the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to our students. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sexual orientations, religion, national or ethic origin in the administration of our educational policies, admissions policy, scholarship and financial aid programs and other school administered programs.
